Staffing Software
Staffing software is an application used by recruiters and talent acquisition professionals to collect resumes and applicants’ answers to pre-screening questions in an electronic application. Once collected in a web-based portal, candidate data can be queried based on job opening, name, email, and/or status in the recruiting process; and, the entire applicant pool may be searched by keyword, as well.
