ExactHire was founded in 2007 by two veterans of the hiring and human resource management side of business. Over the years it has grown into a uniquely-positioned provider of HR solutions–without the help or influence of outside investors and venture capital.
Our company is lean and agile, quickly responding to our clients’ needs through product enhancements and added services. From the beginning, we saw that small and mid-sized businesses were underserved by most HR solution providers. Many of our competitors offer either minimal service, or service delivered through large, impersonal call centers.

We provide both a managed service and two software-as-a-service solutions–applicant tracking software and employee onboarding software
Our managed service leverages the power and efficiency of our software to deliver improved hiring outcomes to our clients. However, some of our clients prefer to roll up their sleeves and run the hiring process themselves using our software.
Whether you choose to outsources hiring tasks to us or use our software, your can expect the same result: by improving the accuracy and efficiency of cumbersome, disjointed HR processes, we help you focus more time on finding (and keeping) great performers for your organizations. In turn, you improve hiring outcomes and core business metrics.
Managed Service
First off, we are not a recruiting agency or staffing company. We’re different. We work with our clients to understand their open positions, the challenges they face in hiring, and how their company culture differentiates them from the competition in the job market.
Then, we go to work taking care the time consuming, yet critical, aspects of the hiring process. We write highly effective job ads, post and manage those ads on multiple job sites as needed, then thoroughly respond, screen, and interview applicants as they enter the process. As we receive qualified candidates, we pass them to our clients for final hiring decision.
We think this service is best of two worlds: the expertise of a recruiting agency and the control and personal touch of an in-house hiring team…all at a very reasonable price.
SaaS
Our solutions are web-based platforms that follow the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. As a client, the benefit of SaaS is that you receive ongoing improvements and feature updates to our solutions as they are released. There’s no need to download upgrades or install the latest version of a software product–you will always have our best version!
Security
Security is important, especially in Human Resources. Our software solutions are hosted on SSL secure pages, ensuring that a candidate’s personal information remains secure. All administrative pages, through which you access applicant information, require a login, and are hosted on SSL secure pages too. And if you really want to lock things down, we offer restricted access logins that allow you, as the administrator, to regulate staff access to various features within the solutions.
We’re a close-knit group that’s energized by providing amazing software and service to small- and medium-sized employers.
