Kathleen joined ExactHire’s Client Success team in May 2017. Currently, she serves as Client Success Manager, leading implementation projects, providing account management and consultation on current HR issues. Kathleen holds a B.A. in Communications from Purdue University and actively holds the SHRM-CP Certification.
Prior to working for ExactHire, she worked for Firestone Building Products as a CRM Project Coordinator with the SAP Implementation Project Team as well as an National Account Coordinator. Beforehand, Kathleen worked as an HR Manager for a Human Services company overseeing both department management and talent acquisition. Her previous experience in both HR and technology combined the 2 fields perfectly which prepared her for her career with ExactHire.
Kathleen is married, with 5 adult kids and 2 crazy dogs (Vizslas)! She recently celebrated her eldest daughter’s marriage to the love of her life, and her youngest son of 18 joined the Air Force. He will be stationed just outside of London, England, while her middle daughter will be studying in Bristol, England – joining her brother abroad for a few months! So it’s safe to say, travel will be in her near future! Kathleen volunteers with Meals on Wheels, loves to read and is a yogi at heart. She’s learning to garden, and loves to cook!
