Does ExactHire require a contract?
Yes, all ExactHire subscriptions require a contract. The contract length matches your subscription terms:
- Annual subscriptions have a 1-year contract with a 30-day cancellation notice requirement.
- Month-to-month subscriptions have monthly contracts and can be cancelled 5 days before the renewal period.
All contracts automatically renew at the end of their term until you choose to cancel. Please note that there is no prorated refund if you cancel – you will have access to the service through the end of your current term.
