Christa Wynk joined ExactHire in August 2012 after moving to the Indy area from Ohio. As Controller, she oversees all the accounting functions of the company, such as billing, accounts payable, bank statements and month end reconciliation.
Prior to being at ExactHire, Christa had her Ohio Real Estate license and started her own company, C-Town Promotions while in Celina, Ohio. She loves working with people and enjoyed helping people buy and sell homes, especially first-time home buyers. She also enjoyed being her own boss when starting her company because it gave her lots of flexibility to be with her kids. Though starting a company can be stressful, Christa really enjoyed all the challenges and many learning experiences it brought.
Before starting C-Town Promotions, Christa worked as an Accounting Manager for two different manufacturing facilities: Kennedy Manufacturing in Van Wert, Ohio and Visions Awards in Celina, Ohio. It was a great experience to learn more aspects of business, especially being fresh out of college. The manufacturing industry is very prominent in the rural area in which she grew up in and returned to after college.
Christa is a graduate of The Ohio State University with bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Business Administration. She loves to cheer on the Buckeyes, especially in football. Christa has two boys and one girl and she loves to stay involved in their extracurricular activities. In her spare time, she loves to cook, read and spend time with family and friends.
