ExactHire empowers system administrators to create custom user roles that control what users can see and which actions they can take.
ExactHire was designed to provide HR leaders with precise control over how applicant data can be viewed, edited, and shared. System default roles are provided for quick setup, however custom user roles allow administrators to make additional adjustments based on their needs.
Every ExactHire user is assigned a role that applies to a specific location or set of locations. As responsibilities change, admins can easily edit user permissions by changing assigned roles or locations. Custom roles provide admins with even greater flexibility.
Each user’s role can be customized to allow specific views and actions. This allows admins the ability to control what users can see and do while logged in.
Within each role, there are over 100 permissions that an admin can control. Default roles simplify user management for admins, but ExactHire is designed to allow for custom permissions that are unique to an organization.
