There are times when a hiring manager wants to quickly add an intriguing candidate to a new job listing, but the applicant is unable to complete the application himself. Perhaps the job seeker is in transit or on vacation. Whatever the reason, the hiring manager may use HireCentric applicant tracking software to add a job application on behalf of the job seeker without delay.
When a job candidate does not yet exist in your HireCentric applicant tracking system portal, simply navigate to the Jobs Dashboard and click the user-friendly icon for adding a new applicant to any desired job listing.
Complete a brief form to enter basic candidate details, and then the applicant tracking system will double check the candidate’s email address to make sure he/she didn’t previously apply for a position.
Once you have added a new applicant, use one of HireCentric’s editable email templates to quickly and easily notify the candidate that he/she is being considered for the new job opportunity.
