Once enabled, your applicants can easily discover whether they are still actively being considered in the hiring process simply by logging into their ExactHire applicant tracking system profile.

You may pick and choose which status codes to use with this feature. When editing a status code, simply include your preferred external label for a status if you wish to utilize it for that particular code.

Inform

Once enabled, candidates who are assigned a status code will be able to view the external-facing version of your status when they log into their HireCentric applicant tracking system candidate profile.
