With HireCentric, you can attach files that are pertinent to an individual once the application has already been submitted. Such files may include offer letters, reference letters, school transcripts, interview notes and thank you notes. Or, include notes that your hiring team creates during the interview process.
To attach files to an applicant’s record, simply navigate to the notes section of the applicant record. From there you may use the file upload area to browse your computer for a file to upload.
Once your file has uploaded, your screen will refresh to display a file link which you may select to view the file in the future. You may upload many different files – each will display its own download link.
