Offer Overview
New customers who purchase qualifying products during the promotional period will receive 15% off the initial access fees, up to a maximum discount of $750.
Eligible Products
The promotional discount applies to the following ExactHire services:
- Applicant Tracking System
- Full Service Hiring
- Onboarding Software
To qualify, the service contract must have a minimum monthly value of $100 or more, based on either monthly or annual billing.
Excluded Contracts
Contracts that fall below a monthly value of $100 are not eligible for this promotional discount. This includes any pricing structures—whether monthly or annual—that average out to less than $100 per month.
Third-Party Add-Ons Not Included
This promotional discount does not apply to third-party add-on products or services that may be purchased through ExactHire. These include, but are not limited to:
- Pre-employment assessments
- Background checks
- Other integrated tools or services provided by external vendors
Any third-party products will be billed at standard rates and are excluded from the discount calculation.
Additional Terms
- Offer valid for new clients and contracts signed during the promotional period only.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Discount will be applied at the time of invoice.
- This promotion does not lock in any permanent discount or price beyond the initial pricing.
- This promotion does not protect against future price increases.
- ExactHire reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice.
