We will then ask to schedule a brief phone conversation with you to review your request and better understand your decision. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our software and quality of service. Refund requests are generally processed within 10 days.

What is the time limit for requesting a refund?
If you are dissatisfied with ExactHire Applicant Tracking Software or OnboardCentric Employee Onboarding Software, we will be happy to provide a full access fee refund within 60 days from the time your organization signed the contract. After 60 days, no refunds will be given.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests can be submitted by emailing Client Success at firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for consideration, please make sure your request includes detailed reasons about why you wish to discontinue use of the software application. We will also ask to schedule a brief phone conversation with you to review your request and better understand your decision. Your feedback makes us better!
What happens after I submit a refund request?
Once our Client Services team receives your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and invite you to schedule a brief phone conversation with someone on our team to discuss your reasons for termination. Before a refund is granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by speaking via phone. Please allow 1-2 business days for our Client Services team to respond to you about your refund request and to schedule a phone conversation. We will honor your request, but do ask that you speak to us briefly so we can understand your decision before processing the refund.
How will my refund be repaid?
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment–generally within 10 business days from the time you have a conversation with our Client Services representative about your reasons for terminating use of the software.
What type of software fees are refunded -- are there any limitations?
Full refunds are only available to new customers on ongoing software access fees for ExactHire Applicant Tracking Software and OnboardCentric Employee Onboarding Software. Implementation fees are excluded from the refund, though please know these are generally only applicable to OnboardCentric. Refunds are not available to current users of HireCentric Applicant Tracking Software, on background checks, nor on any of the employee assessment products ExactHire offers.
