New employee tasks may be loaded into your OnboardCentric platform by any Administrator user. They should be named in such a way that the new hire understands what is being asked of him or her when the task is presented. When adding a new task, the Administrator may include URL address links and HTML. Individual tasks may also be tagged so that they can be easily found in tag category searches in the future. Before a task is saved, the Administrator user will be prompted to indicate date parameters for the task–such as whether it is based on the start or hire date, how soon it should become active, when it should be due and when a reminder should be sent.
