ExactHire's Annual Recap, 2016

As 2016 comes to a close, it’s a great opportunity to look back on the last 12 months and reflect on what has transpired at ExactHire. Below are some of the highlights (both serious and not-so-serious) of the past year:

A Major Award
We were a finalist for TechPoint’s “Innovation of the Year” Mira Award.
UI Enhancements
Our team modernized the user interface within HireCentric ATS, paving the way for future enhancements.
Optimized for Mobile Devices
All client career sites were migrated to a mobile-optimized environment.
Employee Onboarding Made Easy
Our team made substantial improvements to our onboarding software.
Continued Growth
ExactHire added a record number of new clients this year.
New Integrations and Capabilities
We implemented new integrations and single sign-on with 3rd party providers.
New Space
To accommodate growth, we renovated and increased our office space.
Healthy Space
Our team benefitted from the installation of 10 standing desks.
Mondays Became Fun
We held 12 Monday Funday competitions/celebrations.
Weddings and Births
Three team members were married…and 1 team member became a grandfather– talk about the circle of life!
Food and Socializing
We organized several potlucks throughout the year.
Afterwork Fun
The team enjoyed outings to the Indiana State Fair, outdoor concerts, baseball games, and the annual Strawberry Festival.

I am truly blessed to work with such an awesome team of people. They work hard and truly care about our clients. At the same time, they enjoy working together and have fun with each other. What more can I ask for?

Thank you to all of our clients for continuing to work with us. 2017 will see continued changes to our offerings, as we keep pushing to deliver affordable tools that improve the hiring process for companies. In the meantime, I wish each of you a very Happy Holidays and hope the upcoming new year will be your best one yet!
