About Jessica Stephenson, PHR, SHRM-CP
Jessica Stephenson initially joined ExactHire in January 2010 as the Director of Client Services, but later took on the role of Vice President of Marketing & Talent. Jessica oversees the marketing department, which includes activities such as content strategy, paid digital advertising, brand management and social media presence for our organization. She is also responsible for ExactHire's recruiting, employee onboarding and employee development activities.
Prior to joining ExactHire, Jessica spent over seven years with the CIK Enterprises family of companies (now known as PERQ) in Indianapolis, IN. During her tenure she held a variety of different roles within the Tri-Auto Enterprises division such as Sales Consultant, Regional Account Director, Marketing & Recruiting Director, Director of Client Services, and in the parent company (CIK Enterprises) as Talent Services (HR) Director.
Because Jessica experienced CIK’s steep growth curve going from only six employees to over ninety in a period of just five years, she has first-hand knowledge of how the integration of affordable and relevant technology can play a crucial role in allowing a small- to mid-sized business to grow successfully while keeping future scalability in mind.
Jessica holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a SHRM-CP certification, and is active in the local IndySHRM chapter, currently serving on the Board of Directors as President. She is also the Marketing/Social Media chairperson for the annual HR Indiana Conference, and is a member of the national organization of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
Jessica enjoys rooting for the Butler Bulldogs in Indianapolis and spending time with her family and friends. She graduated Cum Laude from Butler University with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Spanish.
