E-Signatures

E-signatures allow people to digitally indicate their intent to sign documents that are transmitted electronically. In order for an electronic signature to be legitimate, the signer should be able to view the completed document before being prompted to sign it electronically. Also, the signer must give consent, and acknowledge the unique disclaimers for a document. Lastly, the e-signature must be unique, verifiable and locked against any future revisions once the signature is in place.

ExactHire’s employee onboarding software utilizes electronic signatures to streamline the new hire paperwork approval process for small- to medium-sized organizations.
