We will create a custom career portal for your organization. This will include everything you need to create/post jobs, utilize our integration with multiple FREE job boards, communicate with applicants, and manage your hiring process. All of this is included at no charge to you.

What happens at the end of your free applicant tracking software trial?

If you agree that ExactHire is the right solution for you, we will work with you to complete the customization and make sure the ATS tool maximizes your efficiency going forward. At this point, we will also invoice you for your implementation and monthly or quarterly ongoing fees.

How do you get started?

We will typically have your FREE trial site live within 2-3 business days after you complete the steps below:

  1. Please provide us the information requested in the above form. We need everything completed in order to provide you with an accurate price quote.
  2. You will receive an email from us that will outline the information we need to complete the setup of your site.
  3. Once we receive your information, we will setup and customize your ExactHire site to match your current website graphics and color scheme.
  4. Once the site is setup, you will receive a welcome email from us with the contact information for your customer service representative. This individual will provide you with the instruction you need to start using the system right away.
