Harlan Schafir is Chief Visionary Officer for ExactHire. ExactHire has developed an exciting new process for hiring that focuses on Job Fit and the ability to gain additional knowledge about candidates before they are hired. This process improves the quality of an organization’s new hires, saves time and increases profitability. It truly is an innovative practice in the hiring space. Jeff Hallam has nearly 25 years of experience in the human resources and insurance industries. After graduating Cum Laude from Butler University with a degree in Business Administration, Jeff began his career with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), the world’s largest provider of payroll and tax filing outsourcing services. Jessica Stephenson joined ExactHire in January 2010 as the Director of Client Services. While Jessica continues to oversee the Client Services area and works to regularly add to our training and documentation resources, lately, her main focus has been on marketing, brand management and social media strategy for our organization as a means to connect with existing customers as well as to reach out to other potential prospects. Randi Renee Shuck joined ExactHire in January 2012 as Project Manager in the Client Services Department. In her role, she handles all new client implementations, as well as ongoing client support and training. CHRISTA WYNK - Financial Manager

Christa Wynk joined ExactHire in August 2012 as Financial Manager after moving to the Indy area from Ohio. She oversees all the accounting functions of the company, such as billing, accounts payable, bank statements and month end reconciliation. She also acts as an office manager and assists with some of the social media marketing. Prior to being at ExactHire, Christa had her Ohio Real Estate license and started her own company, C-Town Promotions while in Celina, Ohio. More About Christa Wynk
