Employment Application

An employment application is a standardized form that employers ask individuals to complete to apply for a position. Job applications provide companies with a consistent, legal means by which to solicit information from individuals regarding their qualifications…including but not limited to previous education and work experience.

Job applications within ExactHire applicant tracking software are completed electronically and can be customized to contain various items including references, employment history, resume, job screening questions and other job-relevant items. Candidates complete the employment application via the branded online careers portal and then the administrative users of the system may review applicant records within the ATS.
