ExactHire applicant tracking system may be configured to support many different entities (e.g. divisions, branches and departments) within your company. Better yet, regardless of how many separate job pages you use to brand multiple entities, you may also view all job listings for your entire organization by directing applicants to a specific URL address.
Use a job page for each division if you wish to individually brand career sites, keep applicants from different divisions completely separate from one another and/or optionally restrict HR administrators to only accessing their own division’s career site.
Use business units to separate jobs and restrict user access by branches, regions, etc. For example, a VP should access jobs and applicants for a functional area like Sales and Marketing. The VP may be assigned to this business unit as well as to each department (e.g. Sales, Account Management, Marketing) that resides in his area.
Use departments to further separate jobs and restrict user access. For example, a Sales Manager reporting to the Vice President should only have access to applicants and/or job listings in his own department (Sales) rather than all of the Sales and Marketing area.
