With HireCentric, it’s simple to push basic applicant information from the applicant tracking system to ExactHire’s OnboardCentric employee onboarding platform. This action creates a task assigned to a specific onboarding administrator, and then she may invite the new hire to begin the employee onboarding process.
Once an employment offer has been selected, navigate to the Integrations tab within an applicant record in HireCentric. This is where the process will be initiated.
Within the HireCentric Integrations tab, easily assign the appropriate OnboardCentric administrator for the new employee from a drop-down box.
Once the new hire has been pushed to OnboardCentric from HireCentric, a new employee onboarding task will be triggered to the assigned administrative user. In addition to populating basic applicant information from HireCentric, the portal will prompt the administrative user to complete any remaining fields in order to invite the employee to initiate the onboarding process.
