Create

It’s easy to build custom text SMS templates and email templates for all of your applicant correspondence scenarios. Customize message layouts for interview invitations, “no thank you” notices, event reminders, hiring process updates, office directions, assessment invitations and more!

Personalize

Insert text tags that will dynamically update to display information appropriate for each recipient. Options include applicant first name, applicant last name, sender first name, sender last name, job title, internal job ID, location name, address, city, state, zip, country, application ID, job listing ID, and company name.

Utilize

Use email and/or text message templates to message a single applicant; or, use email templates to automate correspondence to a large group of applicants at one time. Once you select your desired communication template, you’ll be prompted to make optional edits to the message’s body text before launching the message to your group of selected applicants.
