Randi Renee Shuck joined ExactHire in January 2012 as Project Manager in the Client Services Department. In her role, she handles all new client implementations, as well as ongoing client support and training. She is always looking for new and different ways to harness technology to enhance communication and training processes for ExactHire clients.
Prior to joining ExactHire, Randi spent over five years with JMI, the world's largest motorsports exclusive marketing agency located here in Indianapolis. Randi had the opportunity of traveling the world and working directly with clients in the NASCAR, NHRA, and IndyCar series. After working on accounts, she transitioned into a quality role developing procedures and best practices for this global company along with helping implement several technology projects aimed at creating efficiencies.
Before joining JMI, Randi worked at The Indy Partnership helping economic development for central Indiana. Randi is a Texan by birth and Hoosier by roots, graduating with a B.S. in Marketing and International Studies from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. She is active in her Home Owner's Association and the IU Alumni Association - Young Alumni Council. Randi can often be found outside gardening or kayaking or hosting an event for friends and family.
